Mushroom Festival (October, November and December)
The menus include several dishes, of an excellent cooking technique that revolves around the Wild Mushroom: first course from a mushroom Capuccino with foam made of aromatic herbs from the Cloister’s garden to a mushrooms Risotto, not to mention the fresh roasted cod fish with cantharelus cibareos stew or Veal thin steak with morchella sculenta cream. To finish, thin slices of fresh pineapple with mushroom and nutmeg ice-cream and Porcini liqueur or wild mushrooms and spices brandy, all prepared especially for you.
