The menu, specialising in the freshest and tenderest beef, is enriched by a wide range of delights from the bar. You’ll find over 100 different drinks, including
cocktails, wines by the glass and artisan beers.
The wine cellar offers a portfolio of carefully selected wines, largely from small producers, including some rare ones.
The highlight is the aged meats such as the
Tomahawk Ribeye Steak, the
Cowboy Steak or the
Vazia Maturada, as well as the international
Chateaubriand and
Chuletón.
Portions can (and should) be shared in a very characteristic RIB experience. For large or small groups, the restaurant offers three
RIB To Share menus consisting of a selection of starters, main courses with respective sauces and trimmings, and desserts, allowing you to taste a little of everything.
Assorted accompaniments (Chargrilled vegetables, sweet potato mash, almond and watercress, Braised vegetables with curry vinaigrette and others) elevate the experience to a new level. Salads, risottos, refreshing starters and signature desserts complement the offer.
