The restaurant has a curious access: the old kitchen of the Palace. Here you can find the old system of phones, the original stove and the chimney, decorated with restored original tiles and sinks. This is where you find the breakfast buffet in the morning and you can imagine how our meals were made for 3 centuries. It is also here that you find a giant cataplana in the traditional cataplana night during the summer, one of the most popular snacks in Algarve.

The traditional bar is inside the palace and retains the old china cabinet, which displays some wines which can accompany your meal. But the strength, both at the bar service as at the restaurant is the amazing terrace where you can dine calmly, with the Algarve countryside scenery giving even more emphasis on the flavors that you will experience. In the summer, the pool bar also serves snacks and light meals so that you can make the most of the palace deck. In winter, be sure to ask for a cup of tea or coffee, just to enjoy one of the delicious Florentines made in the kitchens of the palace.
