  • If I dont reserve directly do I still get points?

    The reservations which are not made through our direct channels will have a 250 point credit per night – a benefit just for choosing a Pestana Hotel Group location.

  • How do I find out about new features in the programme?

    All programme features and promotions will be sent to the members via email and will be available at pestanapriority.com

  • I have a reservation made but I didn't become a card member, can I be awarded points?

    Register right away at www.pestanapriority.com and automatically obtain your membership number. When you arrive at check-in be sure to mention it so that the points from your stay will be credited to your card.

  • I completed a stay and they didn't credit me the points, how can I request them?

    The points credit may take up to 5 business days however, if you verify that they have not been credited, you may request your points for up to 3 months after the stay via pestanapriority.com or on the Pestana Priority Guest Line (+351) 210417088. At pestanapriority.com, the “Use Points” option is available once you LOG IN.

  • What is the PPG?

    PESTANA PRIORITY GUEST is the loyalty programme for Pestana Hotel Group Customers which includes the Pestana Hotels & Resorts, Pousadas de Portugal, Pestana Collection Hotels and Pestana CR7 brands. This programme allows points to be accumulated for each stay or meal at participating hotels.

  • How can I join?

    Membership to the Priority Guest Card can be issued at www.pestanapriority.com, at any Group location or when making your reservation at www.pestana.com.

  • What are the programme options and benefits?

    The programme has three levels, the SILVER level is the base program level and is open to all Customers, then there is the GOLD level which provides additional advantages and finally the PLATINUM. The reservations that are not made through the direct Pestana channels (website, Hotel, Pousada or Contact Centre) do not have accommodation discounts.

  • Is there any cost associated with the card?

    All levels of the programme are free and have no annual fee however, to reach the Platinum and Gold levels, you need to complete the minimum amount of eligible purchases to obtain points or a minimum number of stays in a one year period.

  • When I will receive the card?

    The Pestana Priority Guest card will be sent to your address after the second stay or when you accumulate 3,000 Points. You can always check your point accumulation on your personal profile.

  • If I don't have my card number at check-in or during my stay, what do I do?

    No problem, just state you are the cardholder and we'll look up your membership number using your personal details. This way, your points will be credited and you'll be closer to benefiting from free stays.

  • When will my points be credited?

    Points are credited after the stay (check-out), and may take up to 5 days to be seen on your balance. If after this period the points are not seen, you may request credit through your personal profile.

  • Where can I check my points?

    All information on your point balance, as well as promotions and exclusive privileges are available at pestanapriority.com, after completing your LOGIN or on the Pestana Priority Guest Line (+351) 210417088.

  • How do I make a reservation with points?

    Reservations with points are available via pestanapriority.com or by phone through the Pestana Priority Guest Line (+351) 210417088.

  • Can I make a reservation with points at any time of the year?

    Yes, this is one of the big advantages of the programme, based on hotel room availability you may make a reservation at any time of year, including Summer, Easter and New Year's.

  • Can I use the points at all the brands?

    Yes, the accumulated points are valid at any of the participating locations, regardless of the location where they were earned.

  • Can I accumulate or spend points with partners?

    We are working to establish partnerships with other companies that allow us to give Pestana Priority Guest members even more benefits. As those partnerships are in place we will inform all members via email and will include the information at pestanapriority.com.

  • I lost my password, how can I recover it?

    You can recover your password at www.pestanapriority.com, in the LOGIN area at the top of the home page. Just enter the email you have registered and click on the link to recover your password. Your password will be sent to the email address.

  • I don't remember the email I used to register for the programme. What do I do?

    If you have your card number you can use it to log in. If you don't have your card number, send an email to priority.guest@pestana.com or contact the Pestana Priority Guest support line at (+351) 210417088.
