About the Programme - Accumulating Points
1 - Value of Points
- 1 point = 1 euro spent at Pousadas or in restaurants belonging to the Pousadas de Portugal chain. No points will be given for amounts under € 5. Amounts will always be rounded down. No points are given for catering services, christenings or weddings.
2 - Keeping Track of Your Points
- Points gained will be added to your Pousadas card after your stay.
- You can access your account information at www.pousadas.pt/club.
- Any complaints regarding your points statement must be made in writing within the 10-day period immediately following your stay or your meal. After this time, your points total will be considered final.
Complaints must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or sales receipt. How to submit a complaint:
