The Pousada de Guimarães, Santa Marinha, has 49 double rooms and 2 suites.
There are 22 rooms in the Pousada de Santa Marinha. This Pousada arose from the adaptation of the old monks' chambers, these being located in a majestic corridor an integral part of Agostinho Monastery.
In the monks’ dormitories were their chambers, clothing and barbershop. All the spaces that have been possible to recover have been maintained. Every two chambers have been converted into one room. The differences within these rooms are that one side is blue and the other side is yellow. All of the rooms have double beds except for two which have twin beds.
Reportedly one of the families who acquired the Convent use to train their horse in this corridor.
The architect maintained all that was possible to maintain, in order to better portrait the era of the Convent. He also used materials that would be mistaken for the originals.
The Pousada de Guimarães has family rooms with plenty of space that can facilitate extra beds for the children.
Some of the rooms are surrounded by landscape.
The Pousada also has a room for people with limited mobility.
