O G is a restaurant that offers signature dishes with a predominance of contemporary Portuguese cuisine. A pleasant space with a magnificent view over Bragança castle, decor marked by art with Júlio Resende tile panels (1960) and a relaxing atmosphere, providing a pleasant meal based on the reinterpretation of local dishes and flavours by executive chef Óscar Geadas and the welcome of sommelier António Geadas.
They hold a Michelin Star, signifying luxury and impeccable cuisine. In order to emphasise the region's products and according to seasonality, the menu changes every six months.
